To avail the loan a group of at least three (3) employees per institution with a Memorandum of Agreement between the institution & TAMPCO, a Certificate of Employment, and a Certificate of net take-home pay. With a Loan Ceiling of twenty (20) times of basic salary but not to exceed P1,500.000.00 an Interest Rate of 8% per year and a Service Fee of 3%. Mode of payment Monthly and a Term of Loan Maximum of 7 years. Capital Build-Up (CBU) of 1%.
HOUSING LOAN
A loan ceiling amounting to P2,000,000.00 with an Interest Rate of 8% per year and a Service Fee of 2%, Mode of payment, Monthly, Quarterly, or Semi-annually and a Term of the loan Maximum of 15 years with a Capital Build-Up (CBU) of 1%.
CAR AND FARM EQUIPMENT LOAN
A loan ceiling amounting to P2,000,000.00 with an Interest Rate of 8% per year and a Service Fee of 2%, Mode of payment, Monthly, Quarterly, or Semi-annually and a Term of the loan Maximum of 10 years with a Capital Build-Up (CBU) of 1%.

EDUCATIONAL LOAN
The beneficiaries are the students and parents who must be members with courses of any bachelor’s degree, technical courses, or master’s degree a Php10,000.00 per semester. To avail submit an application letter; No failing grades; Minimum of 18 units enrolled per semester; MOA; & will start to pay after 1 year upon completion, without interest.
